- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Personal care items
- Clearance or sale items

- Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 3–7 working days.
- Refunds are made via your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
